There are three ways to submit your anonymous report TxDOT Watch:

1. Go to the "File an Incident Report" link above and complete the anonymous form and submit it electronically;

2. Call the toll free number above;

A trained responder will take your confidential report and provide you with an incident report number. Please utilize this option if you perceive a situation that may endanger the safety and well-being of yourself or others. Or,

3. Send a letter to
