As department employees, we take great pride in providing a top-notch transportation system and serving our fellow Texans and those who visit our great state.
This reporting system is part of the department´s Internal Compliance Program (ICP) and intended to allow employees an opportunity to report unethical and illegal activities.
It is TxDOT's desire to provide whatever means possible to identify and address incidents of misconduct in an expeditious manner by fostering an atmosphere that encourages employees to spot potential compliance issues and bring them to management's attention.
This Anonymous Reporting System is offered through an independent third party. All reports will be held to the highest possible level of confidentiality.
